About Me

I'm Amber Chase, an animal lover, activist for their rights, spokesperson, model, vegan cook and animal photographer. I am very passionate about being the voice for animals great and small & bringing to light issues they need our help with. I am proud to say I save 100 animals a year being a vegetarian, and also save many more by not wearing any animal products.
In the past 10 years, I have spent an enormous amout of time on both sides of the camera, as a model and a photographer, as well as an on air TV personality for a national broadcast network & acted in 2 independent movies. In 2009 I was selected out of thousands of applicants for one of the 16 spots in PETA's nation wide contest for the "Sexiest Vegetarian Next Door" and was crowned the winner.
I love to cook & am always coming up with new recipes to add to the vegan world. I share them often on my blog (so check in regularly) I also educate about what it is you are putting in your body! So next party you host, not only will you have kick ass food, but you will also be a smarty pants about the food! Your guests are sure to be impressed!
I have had many great opportunities to meet and work with celebrities and powerful people in the animal world, such as Wayne Pacelle (CEO of the Humane Society of the United States) Nigel Barker (world renowned photorapher) Gene Bauer (CEO Farm Sanctuary) Ed Sayers (CEO of Best Friends Animal Society) Attended The Genesis Awards in Beverly Hills with Cathy Kangas (Prai "Beauty for a cause")
I am actively involved with MN Boxer Rescue as a volunteer, photographer and fundraiser. I also volunteer and have joined in peaceful protests with The Humane Society of the United States to help save mistreated animals. I have completed trainings for D.A.R.T. (Disaster Animal Rescue training) and am a citizen lobbiest for animals.
